Updating Skyblock to 1.9 PVP WILL MAKE BALANCING SO MUCH BETTER

1. Shield
-This will make tank class more balanced (its already bad in m7 @TonkMan stop dreaming), and make healer actually decent
-More skill in skyblock (instead of tank go brrrrr)

2. Dual Wielding
-Buffs juju and terminator (double dps), bows are really bad and need a big buff, especially juju
-also stuff like double hyperions

3. Attack Speed Cooldown
-finally, b*serker will become a dead class (it always was)
-i think cps shouldnt be a part of skyblock

4. Armor Toughness
-makes...
