In a 5 block radius , deals 300 + 3% of the target's max hp up to a maximum of 500 (+100 per 5000 Blaze rod collection, up to a maximum of 5000) --> 300 damage + 3% of the target's max hp up to a maximum of 500 (+100 per 5000 Blaze rod collection, up to a maximum of 100% of the damage your held weapon would deal to the damaged enemy)

Objetive: The ful-set bonus is super outdated, this upgrade would be relevant in the future...
