Upgrade SA or Buy Necron

so, i have roughly 200m and yea i will buy mp and other stuff i can also comp f7, but while upgrading my armour, i thought of something...
currently i have full legendary SA (i use gheads in dungeons) its not 5 star, it also does not have ancient.
so, should i buy tara helmet, add ancient and 5 star it or buy 3/4 necron with tara helmet and upgrade it later
or... should i buy any other armour instead of necron (lmk which)
