upgrades for pre-existing items (effort)

Lets say that the admins go through with the change that will remove the ability to dungeonize items from out of dungeons. If this happens, a lot of classes will fade into being not so great. For example, Spirit Scepter in floor 7. Or Spirit Bow/Last Breath in f7. Those are the best in-dungeon items you can get in the catacombs for those classes. (excluding Necron Blade, but you can't really get a Necron Blade in the first place with that gear) This would affect ironman players the most...
