Use a calculated damage increase for ferocity when it wouldn’t be reasonable to multi hit

Ferocity not working with bers is annoying
I get why (all the extra hits = huge lag) but it’s still annoying
So let’s at least apply ferocity to the hit by making it a % chance to deal 100% more damage, which is what ferocity does anyway. If the normal hit does 1m and you have 20 ferocity, then there’s a 20% chance for it to deal 2m instead.
