Use of PS4 Mod Dissallow

So I used a Ps4 conterl mod as java does not allow it use a ps4 Conterler my default i need as i could play at the time with a broken arm so i had to use a contrerll and i like it and i start to wonder if that was not allow on the server if not i will stop and the reason is beaucse of bed war and i was wornding if that is cheating
