I have a user who doesn't want his next payment to be taken. He does not want his current subscription to renew, but wants to keep it active in the meantime.
I've told him that he needs to do this himself, but he refuses to make the change, saying he doesn't know how to and wants me to do it.
How do I effect this in the most secure manner, preferably so his payment details aren't stored anywhere without cancelling his current upgrade?
We currently use stripe as the payment gateway
