It would be AMAZING if each time a user uploaded an image to anything (forum post or other content) it got added as well to your "User Album". Once could then use images from this album when attaching images to a post (or other content) so that one doesn't need to upload the same image a bunch of times.
Each user can create different User Albums for themselves and even set some to private so others can't see it.
Maybe XFMG can be converted into something like this?
