Using numbers to place blocks with Region Selection Tool

Sometimes block names aren’t good enough for hypixel, and that’s plain stupid. Sometimes you need to know a number to set the desired block. For example /set stone_bricks will cause hypixel to whine like a little baby. Instead we have to know /set 98 for stone bricks. Why does this have to be so dumb? Is there like a list of numbers and the blocks they set I can reference somewhere? That would be a massive help.
