UX improvement in user search

When searching for users based on certain criteria (e.g. suspected spammer search below), the "Show all matches" link should only be shown when your search results don't show all matches (i.e. because there are too many results to be shown on one page). In the example below, the search only fetched 10 results. Introducing an extra step (click, wait for query to load etc) adds friction to admins' workflows, especially if you you run a lot of these searches. It would be great to have this...
