This isn't a new concept, from maps like Acropolis, which changes how the islands are positioned, to maps like catalyst and obelisk, which add more emerald gens changing the meta slightly, as well as well known maps such as chained and Eastwood, which allow for easy access to mid from diamond gens. These maps add variation to the game that allows for the game to be less repetitive.
