very minor issue regarding /weaponscore

With the removal of spec buffs for weapons, /weaponscore now gives you a significantly lowered score on your weapon when you check it. I'm not sure when exactly it lowers your weapon score considering how the weapon score leaderboard still shows very high scores. This issue exists both when you check your weapon with the command in-game and when you view your weapons on plancke.
