voting will never be fair

I have done some brainstorming over a better voting system. and came up with a few ideas that also have their own flaws;

1. anonymized voting (also in solo and teams mode)
   1. wont prevent spam voters tho
2. weighed voting system:
   1. players with a history of unfair voting/fair voting get their vote weighed less/more
3. make non-votes count as ok-(good)
4. skill-based influence:
   1. high ranked players (not hypixel store ranks) votes count slightly more;
