why do i have to wait 14 days to get unbanned

I recently got banned 2 days ago because i accidentally left my vpn on. so when i logged onto hypixel i got a permanent ip ban. so i made a appeal and the ban got reduce to a 14 day supension. but i would rather not wait 14 days just to get unbanned for a mistake i made. is there anyhting else i could do?
