Why does my -Redacted-/payment keep getting declined?

I was trying to purchase some bundles in the store so I could reach network level 600, however, once I put in all the information and details and clicked on "complete purchase", my payment was denied. I've had this issue a couple times in the past and I know the problem isn't my -Redacted- because it works just fine on other sites regarding different purchases. I enjoy supporting the Hypixel network a lot and this is one of my favorite ways to help out the server. Thanks for all your help...
