Widget error

Hello, I have 1 widget in my forum and I cannot delete, button not do nothing and today I installed my new Theme and i get this error:
Widget is from Ads Manager, I tried to delete addon but widget still there giving errors, and with plugin installed I cannot delete this widget or edit.
