Will removing games with less/no player improve the sever lag?

hey, so recently hypixel has been kinda unplayable and really not enjoyable for me because of the lag
i used to get around 220-230 ping but rn im getting like 280-330 ping and alot of lagbacks etc
(btw its not my internet lol)

so i was just wondering if hypixel remove games which have like no player improve/fix the lag issue?
