Blazing Fortress revamp WILL add Wither Slayer.
• All Slayer have a talisman - Wither Artifact/Relic
•All Slayer have a pet - Wither Skeleton, most probably will get a mythic upgrade
•All Slayer have a weapon from blacksmith - Wither Bow, this item is usually upgraded into the weapon for that Slayer so it may be a Slayer that requires ranged items. This would make juju and term usefull after 1.0.
Wither meets all these requirements and has been mentioned in skyblock lore before...
