tl now procs on fero meaning that the more fero u get ur dps just goes insane
and fd gives 200 fero -> 50 to boss in hp phase
which is quite significant added on to soulcry and other sources of fero liek chalice and edrag or whatever
10/10 balancing lol
honestly it's not that significant a change, apparently some guy went from 80s -> 60s in fd, that seems quite insane since my dps hardly changed at all
