Fixed animation STEP_3 configuration doesn't works correctly
Removed sound resolver for 1.9+
NOTE: In this update all the numeric ids will not work, please if you update to this version of the plugin you must change the ids of the rewards and the ids of the config to the respective ones according to the version of your server. Also from this update you must use the correct sounds and effects for the version of your server or else it will not work well or with errors.
@Please do not make reviews saying that they have errors if they do not correctly fix the ids, sounds and effects for the version of your spigot server.
