i get this error 17:22 WARN]: To start the server with more ram, launch it as "java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar minecraft_server.jar"
im using server.pro AND Could not load 'plugins/SERVER JAR.jar' in folder 'plugins'..im using server.pro

No idea how this works, as it isn't working on my server, but a unique idea.

If possible please help me out! I've tried the tutorial but I am w/o luck.

To make it work you will have to go and configure it in a mca.conf file
