A few changes to team contribution

Basically:

You get +1% chance (multiplicative), for every team contribution point, and your RNG meter fills 1% more for every contribution point.
Team Contribution Points:
1 Secret - +0.25
1 Room Cleared - +1
Every 1% of HP Dealt to boss - +0.05
Every Miniboss Defeated - +0.5
Every Puzzle Done - +0.5
Every Puzzle Failed: -2
Every Trap Room Done - +1
Every Trap Room Skipped (signaled by entering the room, leaving, someone else completing it): -3
Open Blood Room - +1
Every Death: -1
