My thoughts on Emblems and Colors: Missed Opportunity

I've been thinking a lot about this new update, especially the use of emblems and emblem colors. I honestly think the way these were introduced was a missed opportunity if the intention was to reward long-term players or provide meaningful means to demonstrate accomplishments. Currently these emblems symbolize almost nothing of real worth.
