A way to make Yeti fishing less toxic with the current drop priority system

Make it so Yetis are able to oneshot anyone below the required fishing level to fish a Yeti (1-24), unable to take ability damage and do heavy damage to anyone who did not fish up the Yeti

This is a perfect solution with 0 flaws whatsoever, so it better get added to the game soon : )
