Almost day 3 of ironman and im already going insane for just lapis armor

I'm trying to get lapis armor for extra xp when mining (since i really need that early on for enchanting), so far i have the chestplate and the leggins, but i still need the helmet and the boots. I actually didnt have a problem with the grind until I got this:

Exp share core, 7 lapis crystals, 2 leggins, 1 chestplate, a lot of lapis, and I still didnt complete the set. Easy 1m right at the start if I wasnt on ironman, bruh
