As a player that is returning after 1.5 years, mmm/progression things should I be doing?

I know this gets asked every hour here, but like the title said, what should I be doing? I am mainly looking for money making methods but I am also open to any suggestions for other things, I am aware my profile is a bit patchy but I am trying to work on it.

I am mostly looking for money making methods that I am able to do at my current skills levels (or close to) or that isn't gonna take 10+ hrs of grinding just to get nerfed next patch. I have about a bil that I could spend on a setup...
