Attachment inline / hide

Hi there,

I'm looking for a way to place an attachment into the "Hide" BB-code, or else add it "inline".
For now, it always comes below the topic.

The reason is, people have to leave a reply or hit the "thanks" button to see and download the attachment.
Is there an add-on for this including usergroup permissions? (who can see and who doesn't?
