Auto-slayer is unlocked after reaching tier-6 in all of the slayer categories. It allows the player to automatically claim, and restart a slayer quest, which makes for more interesting, fun gameplay. However, with the addition of Ender-slayer, the required tier-6 is extremely hard to reach for the normal player, unless they either pay for carries, or fully grind it out.
