Automatically delete server errors

Hi, I'm having this problem of database getting full because of -Redacted- attacks (it gets full because those -Redacted- make some errors) and I don't have any way for automatically clearing the errors when the database gets full.

Does somebody know how I could make it? Maybe with Cron jobs, but I have no idea about cron jobs, how to make them, where can I "upload" them...
