BedWars is a minigame where you have to defend your bed and destroy the others.
Once your bed is destroyed, you cannot respawn.

NOTICE:
Updates are focused for the latest supported version. We may drop support for the following minecraft versions during 2021: 1.8 R3, 1.9 R2, 1.10 R1, 1.11 R1. We recommend using paper-spigot 1.12.2. It's not a final decision though.
