Beserk idea's to make it about as good as archer

i suggested this awhile ago and i dont think i pitched it right.

the idea is that beserk is a melee only class so the improvements here should be melee only with some slight debuffs

Spoiler: Changes to base stats at [lvl 50]

I think having a base stat of +1 swing range is a good idea
tradeoff is instead of 100% md its now 75% at level 50 beserk
Spoiler: New ability: Boiling Rage (drop key or right click)

This would really help with healing and clearing.
