Can you put explict songs as your phone's ringtone and still get punished when someone calls you in the middle of class

So when you use an explict song as your ringtone, trim it to the cussing part of the lyrics. Then someone calls you on purpose in class and the whole class, including the professor/teacher heard that one part of cussing lyrics. Is it enough to get you punished. Or you just gave them a bad impression?

(Answers could vary depending on where cuz how the educational system works is different)
