Could someone help me get better at Skyblock?

I find myself dying in dungeons a lot and not dealing too much damage.
My main armor is Strong Dragon(with almost every enchant I can get right now)
My main weapon is an Aspect Of The Dragons with almost every enchantment possible
I linked my stats
What should I do to increase my stats and die less?
I'd really appreciate the help, and I can even pay some coins for it
