Crown of Avarice gains 0.015x (1.5%) extra dmg and 0.6 mf per digit of coins you've gained from killing mobs while the helmet is equipped, up to 1b.

This would mean 15% extra dmg and 6 mf when maxed.
Otherwise it only has some defense and hp, so it has no combat stats and mf that is only 1 better than sorrow. When primal drag comes out it'll have the same mf when maxed, just on the helmet, and probably have the same dmg since it has base str/cd, gemstone slots, and 20% stats on all 4...
