Damage halfed some times when doing T5 rev

I just unlocked the aots
for most of the T5 revenants i'm doing 800k-900k to the boss
but sometimes a boss spawn for who i'm doing only 400k or 450k
does anyone know what is the issue ?
i have 2 auto pet rules 1 switch to Wolf ( when slayer boss not spawned )
and the other one switch to Tiger when the boss spawn
