Dojo revamp

Since the release of the dojo there is the problem, that it is ping baised and european player struggle with the black belt.
It is time to make the game fair for all players, that your place where you live don't makes a big impact of the game.
Im am far in the game (rn lvl 431) and i still struggle getting the brown belt. After several hours i am only 100 points short to the brown belt but there are still 1000 points to the black belt. I'm by far not the only one from europa who struggles...
