All right so there is probably a easy answer to this, but I recently picked up a 655 drill upgrading from gauntlet, and it has 250 Mining fortune with perfect jade and the sunny side goblin egg. But my question is how are there other 655's in ah with up to 70 more mining fortune? The only explanation I can think of is that fuel tanks and drill engines actually add mining fortune for some reason.
