Dyed disguise question

So after checking some footage and after reading the description of dyed disguise I got some questions. It seems like every first hit on a new enemy deals 150% dmg. Meaning you can hit one enemy on blue for example and then it will deal the damage, then hit another enemy on yellow and the first hit there will also deal 150%+ dmg.
