Exactly as the title says, my friend recently bought minecraft but cant join Hypixel. We've tried a lot to try to fix the problem like flushing the dns, downloading minecraft again, logging out and logging in, etc. I dont know if its important but he had a cracked account (TLauncher) where he had the same name as he has now. What should we do?
