Forums Ban Appeal Needs to be Reworked

I was recently hacked and banned for unfair game advantage. I'm currently unbanned, but prior to this, I appealed to Hypixel. I chose the option stating that "My account was hijacked by someone else", and my appeal response entailed a note stating, "we apply punishments regardless of who was playing on the account at the time."
