fps boost?

Plz help, I have a GTX 1060 6GB and I still lag when I go into dungeons like 30-40 fps. Here's my mods and texture pack:
- Dungeons Rooms
-NotEnoughUpdates
-Skyblock Addons
-Skyblock Extras
