Full f7 setup

I've recently gotten back into playing skyblock, and with all the new stuff (MP, gear, metas) i'm wondering what a full F7 setup looks like for a mage or bers.

if limited to like 3B budget what should i be using to do f7 runs. I have no idea what to do for MP or reforges or anything - so include these

i dont have 3b rn but i have been and will be farming until i can afford a good f7 setup.
