You should be using a god pot and booster cookie while grinding skills.
Combat:
Dungeons, do f7, f6 or f4 with a level 100 legendary wolf, if you can't do dungeons then t4 revs will be the way to go.
Farming:
Build either an infinite sugar cane farm or a pumpkin farm (around 3 layers) and harvest them with the corresponding tools (max Turing sugar cane hoe / pumpkin dicer)
