Housing Editor and HTSL are ruining the creative integrity of Housing

I am hoping for this to be a polite discussion and debate.

Although I've never personally used them myself, tools like Housing Editor and HTSL are basically the meta these days for making a popular Housing. Sure, you can get by fine without it (as I and people like Wickes have done), but it's pretty obvious that it helps a ton for scripting long pieces of code and creating tedious item lore.
