How to download private text. packs and mods without being banned because u unknowingly downloaded a hack client, and how not to have game crash

So, i just downloaded dewier's 80k pack for bedwars, and ngl, i may be stupid, i am "slightly" parionid that I might some time wander upon a client or tex pack that may unknowingly have hacks. im also worried about downloading a client with hacks that I dont consider hacks, but hypixel might. can yall help me not get banned for being stupid. and also how do you make sure your game dosent crash the moment you download a pack. ty!
