How to include params with GET method at REST API?

I tried to fetch forums details along with threads, GET /forums/[id] with with_threads=true, but it doesn't seem to work. Response's JSON only contain forum object, no threads, sticky or pagination.

This is a simple GET call, I don't think I did it wrong.

Endpoint is https://my.domain/api/forums/123?with_threads=true
