Hey! You want a server logo thats 64x64 ( for your in-game server ) right? if so, follow the guide!

Step One: Open MS Paint

Step Two: Import your server logo

and paste-from
then select your image directory

Step 3: Once you have your image, go to resize

Choose pixels and replace the horizontal and verical numbers with 64 ( MAKE SURE ITS PIXELS )...
