i need help i was accused of cheating the auto bot denied me of my appeal with no further response

I have no knowledge of me cheating. I play with other people and none of them cheated either. I would like an appeal or at least a better explanation on what happened. during the time I got banned I wasn't playing on my account. just in case I changed my Minecraft account password in case someone got into it.
