Is there a way to prevent players with build priv from editing chest settings (like being able to make them replicate) while being able to open them?

I was wondering if there's a way to stop players with build priv from turning on replication for chests, but I couldn't find this anywhere in the privileges settings. Does anyone know a way to set this up?
