Juju rebalancing !

Alright so we hate juju nons thankfully im not one as i can solo f2 wich is very difficult ut my sa gets me trough. Anyways i request that we add more reqs like

-Eman 5
-Cata 31
-Solo m7
-No hit m5

So yeah pretty balanced and now we should be able to clear out the bad players. And for progression we should add a shortbow tuner, that turns bows into shortbows and could be useful if I want to make a term that shoots 5 arrows (venom's touch on top !!)
